At Hyster, we recognize that every application requirement and work environment could differ. We have customers in a wide range of businesses which motivates us to offer a very diverse array of materials handling product solutions. No matter what the environmental conditions are or what your industry is we have a machinery to meet all your needs and get tasks completed efficiently. We have built trusting relationships between marketing, service and manufacturing teams so that we can assure you that all machines are built to the highest quality standards and that you would be given the ongoing support you need when you have a Hyster machinery on your work place.
Each product that Hyster sells goes through a nine stage development procedure from initial concept and design to the manufacturing and sale of the machine. Every stage of the development process has been established to ensure product quality over the machinery's lifetime. Hyster testing centers can simulate the life cycle of a lift truck to ensure that the product lasts and that it performs as designed.
To be sure that we know what our clients truly want, Hyster performs a lot of research about client needs. All this research is then utilized to the products design. Designs are built utilizing cutting edge computer aided design systems that help to lessen the risk of weak points and make sure that positioning of all components are optimal for both service needs and performance. Then, prototypes are made in cooperation with professionals and specialists in ergonomics and compartment design. Each and every component and prototype is put through thorough life cycle testing to find and correct any issues which could lessen the life of a machinery or a part to a less than optimal level. When a machinery comes out of the testing stage of development, we want to be sure that it will perform to a high standard. Testing in real life settings is also performed so that we could gather more information on the equipment's performance and be confident that it would meet the standards required to finish the task.
